Bye Bye Chloe..

We are sad, but happy to say that Chloe went to another family this weekend. I thought I would have all the time in the world to be with her and train her, but I simply don't. Now that I have stopped working my full time job, I have started a cleaning business and just don't have the time NOR the patients to train Chloe. It was hard having a toddler and a puppy as well. Since Presley isn't completely stable on her feet yet, Chloe would knock her over and bite at her which made for a lot of work for me.

So, needless to say, we are without a dog now. I have promised my best friend Kristi that I would give her 100 dollars if I get another before my children can actually ask for one. I don't need to take that responsibility on right now.

I can't say that I am too sad though. I love that Presley can't go over to her cage and give her toys to take outside and chew on. Or to look outside and see Chloe in the grass chewing on Presley's binkie.


That part...it's nice. Here's a little tribute to Chloe who is now with a great family...

I hear ya! We were promised a free puppy this summer and it just so happened we picked her up on a Sunday morning and Sunday night I went into labor. So, we had her for three weeks and the training was too much for me!!! We were crazy to think it would be easy though. We will get another: one that is already trained. So, it may be awhile!! Hayden misses her still and it's been almost 6 months.
