The Birth of Cael Liam Flannery

Yesterday my best friend had her 4th child, Cael Liam. She already has triplets who are 3 years old...so what is one more?? He was perfect weighing in at 7lbs 13 oz and 20 1/4 inches long. Both him and Mommy are doing great. She had a c-section around 9am and the baby was officially born at 9:48 am.

The sight of the video below bring tears to my eyes. I cannot believe that I am a Mom, have an amazing husband, and can sit on the couch and watch them dance together to a princess movie. I am SO blessed.

PRESLEY PRAYING TO JESUS...

We are SOOO proud of Presley! She now reminds us that we need to pray when we eat. She is such a BIG girl! Here is a little video of her praying. I have to help her along, but WOW I just can't beleive she is already doing this! Although she doesn't have her hands folded the whole time, she starts talking in this certain way every time we start to pray. So we know she is talking to Jesus when she does this. YAY!!

Cheesy Smile...

Presley is so much fun! I know that every parent thinks their own child is smart, but seriously, she is. She copies what we do and say all the time. It's so cute. She now knows how to smile when we ask her to and it's such a cheesy smile. Here are a few pictures of her in her "smile" and some of her and I playing around the island in our kitchen.

She DID NOT want me to take her picture here. She was not very happy and we had just gotten home from a LOOOONG day with no nap.

This is the infamous "SMILE". So funny. I can't wait to have her pictures taken again so that we can get some good ones of that!!

Bye Bye Chloe..

We are sad, but happy to say that Chloe went to another family this weekend. I thought I would have all the time in the world to be with her and train her, but I simply don't. Now that I have stopped working my full time job, I have started a cleaning business and just don't have the time NOR the patients to train Chloe. It was hard having a toddler and a puppy as well. Since Presley isn't completely stable on her feet yet, Chloe would knock her over and bite at her which made for a lot of work for me.

So, needless to say, we are without a dog now. I have promised my best friend Kristi that I would give her 100 dollars if I get another before my children can actually ask for one. I don't need to take that responsibility on right now.

I can't say that I am too sad though. I love that Presley can't go over to her cage and give her toys to take outside and chew on. Or to look outside and see Chloe in the grass chewing on Presley's binkie.


That part...it's nice. Here's a little tribute to Chloe who is now with a great family...

Presley and Trey

Presley just adores Trey as I am sure you can see from other posts. We decided to give the kids a bath together after Presley got to have a grape lolly pop of her own for the very first time. Boy, what a mess!

PRESLEY AND HER JACKET....

So, Presley's new FAVORITE thing of all time is her jacket. Now, when I say jacket, I don't just mean one specific jacket, I mean, any and all of her jackets. She wants one on at all times when we are at home or out of the house. Thought I would post a few pictures of how cute she looks in her newest jacket (sweater)...
